Hello all,

The contemporary art solo show titled - Dance of Life ended on 28th April. It was very enjoyable meeting the many people who came to view the paintings. I had very interesting conversations with artists and art students though I found my Chinese to be inadequate for some of their technical or philosophical questions. Many of the students were quite excited to see modern abstract art first hand. It was a unique experience for many of them. It was also interesting to hear about people's take on my modern art. This was my first solo exhibition and also the first time I saw the reaction of so many people to my modern art and it's unique technique. Additionally, the opening was reported on the local TV station. Here are some photographs.

I made new friends at the Art Association of ZhangYe and as a result 3 of my paintings are on display at the pagoda, near GuangChang Square in ZhangYe. Mine are the only ones that are abstract and modern. So in a way they are quite unique.

Thanks to all of you who attended. It would not have been such a success without your participation. I would also like to thank the numerous English and Art department students who helped me during the modern art exhibition. I was very, very tired at the end and could not have managed without their help.
