Hello all,

The solo exhibition ended on 28th April. It was very enjoyable meeting the many people who came to view the paintings. I had very interesting conversations with artists and art students though I found my Chinese to be inadequate for some of their technical or philosophical questions. It was also interesting to hear about people's take on my art. This was my first solo exhibition and also the first time I saw the reaction of so many people to my artwork. Additionally, the opening was reported on the local TV station. Here are some photographs.

I made new friends at the Art Association of ZhangYe and as a result 3 of my paintings are on display at the pagoda, near GuangChang Square in ZhangYe.

Thanks to all of you who attended. It would not have been such a success without your participation. I would also like to thank the numerous English and Art department students who helped me during the exhibition. I was very, very tired at the end and could not have managed without their help.
